WHAT'S
NEW AT THE RESERVE.......... HAVE WE GONE TO THE BIRDS?
Spring will be here soon and we are starting to get ready with nesting boxes. Through a grant from the Department of Environmental Quality we were able to purchase these new nest boxes and some Identification Books. As you visit the Reserve you can be looking for these and many more nest boxes.
In order to help the birds through the rest of winter, we have expanded our feeding areas. When you visit, spend some time seeing who is coming for dinner.
We have also been getting the gardens ready for spring. Things are beginning to bud out and the invertebrates are starting to show up. Come and see for yourself what is "buzzing" around.
